My mother has been here for almost 15 years and through all the apartment managers and maintenance people cannot save this place. It is too high for what it is. They used to be nice but now it’s all ran down and broken. Nothing ever gets truly fixed especially not Miranda Villas II. It’s nothing but leaks and bugs. Tim and Willie is the best thing that had ever happened to these apartment places. Income based apartments but I think Olympia or whoever is over it now needs to step down and sell it to someone else. The landings and the gardens is not worth it either. This is not a mini Chelsea and an apartment should not cost almost $1000 in this town! When first moved in it was not bad and the best thing in this town but now it’s awful. The apartments to be redone and carpets ripped up and repainted. Shutters need to be fixed and police need to patrol out here! It’s patch repair city and it is not Tim or Willie’s fault at all. The stairs need to be stripped down and repainted, sidewalks redone, parking repainted, dryer and washer lines redone, bushes pulled up, mailboxes fixed, and so on. Kids need to not block sidewalks with their toys or block parking spots. The grass is always cut at least because Willie works his butt off! I’m furious..
