Mr Jay Jones was extremely helpful to me from the beginning process of looking at homes through the closing process and even after that. Whenever I call or text him about something I don't understand or need help ith Jay was there to assist me. I was referred to Jay when I was ready to buy my home and I do not regret the referral. Jay referred me to a lawyer that was excellent and also the inspector for the home inspection. It was a great experience because everyone told me that it would be stressful trying to buy a home but the process only took 1 1/2 month to complete all because of Mr Jay Jones.

Mr Jay Jones was the consummate professional throughout the whole process. My requirements were modest, and in a hot market, some realtors are quite fine with giving folks the runaround. Not Mr. Jones. He was extremely helpful and professional, always responsive and was patient and empathetic with dealing with any of my concerns. Jay is fantastic!!! We worked with Jay in Nov - Dec 2020 when we were looking to rent our condo unit in Norwalk. He was absolutely pleasure to work with. He made the process seamless for everyone. Not only he did proper due diligence for the prospective tenants, he made sure viewings were convenient for the tenants living in the condo. Jay has been such a pleasure to work with in my real estate ventures. He’s been very kind, yet straight forward (tells it like it is), throughout my process of both selling my home while buying another one. The value in which he managed to sell my home for exceeded my expectations and now I get to comfortably move into a new one closer to family and work, since he was also competitive in formatting my buying offer. The sale and closings were super smooth (a slight delay on the seller’s end, which he was very proactive in making sure they kept the ball rolling).
