Terrible place they do not follow up with u and the two individuals that work in the office in Bridgeport are rude and inconsiderate The office members were one guy and one girl I think his name is Anthony. I called 20 times each time I submitted a document because no one follows up with u. I asked for a supervisor and the girl in the office refused to give me a contact. She kept making excuses like the supervisor is on lunch called again a hour later she still on lunch called back a hour later she busy she will call back no call back so I called again and got another excuse about her being on lunch . I WENT TO LOOK AT THE ROOM AND THERE WAS A HUGE TAT TRAP IN THE KITCHEN THE SIZE OF MY FOOT I asked the tour guide lady y is there a huge rat trap in the kitchen and she said there really good on maintenance SMH SO Y IS THERE RATS OR MICE? Terrible unprofessional place AND i a work full time no hand outs ! Run do not do any business with this place

There are better places to rent from than this place. They do nothing about pest control beside give you what you can buy from the dollar store which does not work. Apartments are filled with roaches and bedbugs. All they do is complain and never want to fix anything I had a stove that leaked gas for almost a year, I had a neighbor that was riddled with bedbugs and they did nothing about it. My dogs were being bitten up and they put bombs for bedbugs in my apartment. Too close to all my stuff. Everything got ruined. My dogs got sick because of it and they told me I can go back in my room after an hour after the bombs went off and actuality. I had to stay out of the apartment before the 24 hours , they would not respond to any complaints that I had and all they would do if they did was argue and make excuses of why they could not fix anything. Apartments are way overpriced, especially for the areas that they are in when I first moved into my apartment they did not clean it out from the previous tenant. It smelled really bad and they were dead cockroaches in the shower and in the cabinets please do not rent from here. I stopped paying rent because of the lack of communication and the lack of them, taking responsibility of things that needed to be repaired or lack of pest control

For one I just want to say the lady Shayla in the office is unprofessional af ! After being approved and giving a deposit I moved out of my apartment July 1 because I was approved and was going to just stay in a hotel for a week . She literally denied me the day after I moved out of my home I was at for 4 years they also made me wait 5 days for my money back ! They do not keep people updated they do not do their job they just sit there all day and look at each other and now reading the reviews I’m so glad I did not move to that ghetto apartment most of their unites have roaches and bed bugs Everything happens for a reason and it really wasn’t meant to be they did me a favor but they are so un organized everyone is nice but Shayla she doesn’t seem like she enjoys her job very much do not rent with these people

Called about 45 minutes before my appointment for a tour of a rental listing to confirm and they did. Took a half hour drive out to see this apartment and 1 minute past the appointment time, as I’m standing at the doorway, my appointment is cancelled.

Did absolutely nothing about pest control. Apartments are absolutely unlivable. Management failes to address the issue or return calls wish I could give them a negative review star. DONT RENT ANYTHING FROM THEM. IT WILL HURT YOUR HEALTH. beware
