Mr. Tierce and his family are amazing people. From the moment we contacted them about their property, through the duration of our lease, has been a joy. His daughter, Joni, is very responsive, sweet, understanding and thoughtful. Anything we needed her and her brother were always there and one thing I’ll never forget is during Christmas holidays they came bearing gifts to all tenants. I’ve had a 2 year lease with them and the ONLY reason I am leaving is because I need more space. My husband and I definitely recommend them!
