I lived here for 2 years they are horrible leaks everywhere in bathroom, kitchen, bedroom walls, closet in bedroom even water all the way to living room, Mangement is liars. Save your money and don’t move here, pool always closed for some reason or another. When it rained it was literally coming down my bedroom wall onto the carpet.

The pool is absolutely disgusting. It has been green growing algae for weeks now. We are paying for the amenities but the amenities are not being taken care of by the community. Where is my money going? This needs to be taken care of immediately it is almost halfway through June and it is unswimable.

Save your money. The bathtubs and toilets occasionally stops up. The water slowly went out . The water continuously leaks down into the other apartment. The step was broken and they wouldn’t replace it. I fell and skinned my leg after complaining several times. They never replace the broken step.

It took my mom several times to meet with them before they changed the ice maker. The dishwasher never worked.

Garbage fees are automatically charged to your account. Review the contract for all fees before signing. You have to pay online, CVS, or other locations which includes a fee.

Rentals Beware before moving in.

This is the worst place to live.

Ew! Bad vibe from a reborn man experiencing the property and those on it. No one came to the office for a long time while the sign on the door said so etching like will return on the property. I saw a man on a golf cart, he ignored me, don't know if he's an employee, I saw a car returning that seemed to have his in the side street of bushes, before coming in as I was leaving, not in a good vibe way. If you truly know what good is, then you truly know what bad is. There wasn't anything good there. It felt like I was being ignored. Many people don't care nowadays even those who have jobs, for many work, and do not like working, many have jobs, but do not do there jobs. I rebuke that. Repent I say, and type. The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. Repent, then come follow me.

Such a clean environment! Beautiful scenery. Amazing staff. Especially Alison! She is always happy and cheerful and there for me whenever I have questions or concerns. Highly recommend! 10/10!

0 stars should be a thing. From roaches, to spiders, to mold this place has it all. Amenities are unkept, the dumpster is always overflowing, and the management team is unruly. They’re almost never there when it comes to office hours, they smile in your face until an issue arises, then they’re nowhere to be found. You can try to call but they don’t pick up the phone. There’s been so many times where I would call, get no answer, and walk up there to discuss my issue and they’re on their phones. Why take a job if you’re not willing to help the residents?!

I have a 2 year old son and when I addressed the mold issue they said they would fix it. Weeks passed and it actually got harder to breathe in the apartment unit around the clock. Not even opening a door or window could help.

Can’t forget to mention my FRONT DOOR HANDLE CAME OFF AND I ENDED UP LOCKED IN MY OWN APARTMENT. Maintenance nor the front desk would answer my calls. It took literal hours to get out and I’ll never forget it.

Roaches, ants, and spiders constantly crawling up the faucets to sinks and toilets.

Shoutout to Mackenzie and the other lady for never being there to help during my lease!

Please don’t move here, I’ve tried to warn you! Even if you clean out your apartment in its entirety upon move out, you’re not getting that security deposit back at all. They’ll make up some excuse or front extra charges that you have to pay or they’ll send your move out balance to collection less than 2 weeks of you moving out.

If I could leave zero stars I would. These are not good people at all. I had mold and water damage in my apartment that was neglected for months even after they said they would fix it, there were MULTIPLE ROACHES and BUG problems. They say your rent is one amount and charge you way more than that. My rent was $1335, and I was charged $1485 EVERY month for “excess fees”. I moved out recently and they won’t return my security deposit even though I cleaned out the entire unit and left on time. The pool was green for months, and “Amenities” shouldn’t even be labeled as such, they suck. They smile and act cool to get you into the lease, then act cold afterwards. TRUST ME, DO NOT MOVE HERE. I wish I would have saved myself the time and money. You will not be safe here, the gate has been broken for the entire year and I don’t know when it will be fixed. And the mailboxes are trash, they’re always broken open and tore up. Keep on searching, there are many better options. Hope this RECENT review helps. I moved out on the 11th and couldn’t be happier. P.S. Mckensie and Allison are SUPER two faced, if you meet them they will smile and laugh with you, but that’s just an act. They need to learn that everyone is human and not just a number. DO BETTER. I will never recommend this place to anyone I love. And this is coming from a Disabled Marine Corps Veteran. They have no honor, courage or commitment.
