Worst environment I’ve seen infested with cockroaches, mice, bedbugs and fleas. The roaches are so bad they ran out of food and started eating my leg the ceiling is falling apart the floor is rotting away the walls have holes in them plenty of illegal activities occur in the neighborhood neighbors scream cops always called every week there’s car accidents at least once a month when we have asked to move out to another appartment he just said yeah sure next week it’s been two months now we were supposed to see several appointments

We were moving to CT and needed a month by month situation while looking for apartments . Although the superintendent George was nice and the landlord was easy going and pleasant , it's a very rough neighborhood , drugs are around all night , domestic violence was something you heard all night long . The heat was out twice in one month ....in January . But the rent was cheap and the apartments were clean and well lit with plenty of Windows . We decided in a different town but the stay there was important to get the feel for the state .

Poor customer service. I called them simply asking if they would have any apartments available in December and the woman on the phone was very unhelpful and rushed me off the phone quickly. Would not tell me pricing or anything else besides to call back on November 29th, which is not enough time for someone looking for move in on December 8th.

More like a DUMP in a DUMP.. these apartments are disgusting the landlord is a joke he doesnt care about the tenants only money, they never fix anything. Everyone has to share a bathroom on each floor the bathrooms are disgusting the most disgusting bathrooms i have ever seen. Full of roaches, mold and rotting floors. Very loud tenants crack heads in and out of the building. Please stay away from this place very overpriced and the landlord doesnt care these apartmens are disgusting!!!!!!

Vine Street Apartments is a low cost apartment building, with multiple repurposed Victorian style mansions in the surrounding area. Located in the Hollow of Bridgeport, Vine Street Apartments offers tenants cheap living for their apartments. They have studio apartment and efficiency apartments with shared bathrooms in their roster.

The staff are friendly , the landlord is very nice and if you come to him with any problem he takes care of it right away. Rent is extremely affordable.

Completely unhelpful, rude, and rushed me off the phone when only asking about when units would be available. I didn’t even get the chance to ask about pricing they wanted me off the phone so quickly.
