We were selling a coop in Brooklyn while living on the West Coast, and dealing with renovations and repairs remotely. We contracted Accord Real Estate Group to sell our property which was an estate sale which involved nearly 30 sellers. Somehow, Jeff found “the” buyer who was willing to wait until all the difficulties and obstacles of such a complicated sale were overcome.

Of course Jeff was the only real estate broker. However, there were multiple lawyers involved. There were so many issues, concerns and inquiries. Jeff addressed them all and we never got any negative feedback from family members. Believe me, we would have heard if there were any.

Thanks to Jeff, we now own an apartment in the prime Kings Hwy location!
