I just moved in this month and can easily give a 5-star rating based on my experience thus far. Carlos P was my leasing agent and he's gone above and beyond in all ways -- ask for him if you're considering renting here.

The concierge and maintenance teams are kind, helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The building is maintained, clean, safe, and updated. I've not had an issue with elevators or electronic systems. In addition to nice amenities, my unit is in impeccable condition (aside from maybe an older dishwasher).

So far, everything has been wonderful. Thanks, Hub team.

I’ve lived at the Hub for going on two years and it has been one of my favorite communities to be a part of thanks to Club 333 and John’s continuous efforts! While the apartment itself is fine, it’s the team that works here that truly keeps me from considering any other alternative. From the monthly cocktail classes to painting sessions, movie nights, and trivia, there are so many engaging, fun activities all just an elevator ride from your door (no jacket necessary!).

I've lived here for 6+ years and I love it here. Beautiful building w. nice amenities. All of the staff members are considerate and friendly. The building has been well maintained; the pool, sky lounge and workspaces are really nice. Having a large common space to rent for big parties is a plus.

There's also a lovely community feel in large part of John's efforts to host Club 333 events for neighbors to meet each other through crafts or cocktails. It's a big building, but we have been able to become friends with our neighbors (rare in NYC!) through John's events.

If there's a facilities issue, ppl have been responsive and everything gets fixed in a timely manner.

We love it here; thanks to the Hub team for making a big building feel like home.

We’ve been living here for three months now, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice! The building amenities are top-notch, and the views from our apartment are absolutely stunning.

Trevor and the rest of the team are amazing, and Zay's cheerful morning greetings always brighten our day.

Just moved into the Hub this past month and it has been great so far! Beautiful property in the middle of DTBK with an apartment I almost never want to leave. Definitely one of the best properties to rent at in the local area. The package room is great and I never have to worry about stolen packages which provides excellent peace of mind. It feels like a dream come true living in the NYC skyline and it doesn't hurt to have amazing staff on the property who really make things even better here. Have met a bunch of cool people like Alex Blake, who gave me the initial tour and got me interested into renting and has been helpful even after moving! Carlos has been easy to interact with as well in the leasing office. John at Club 333 has a great team on the amenities floor and Zay along with Kijuan have been super helpful as well. Always appreciate the nice smiles and greetings coming back home from Trevor, Garrett, Tyree, and Jackie thus far. Always feels amazing to come home to the Hub!

We've lived at the Hub BK for two years and absolutely love this building. The apartment is beautiful, the amenities are amazing, and the staff are the best in the business (big shout out to Gary, Trevor, and Jackie). The location couldn't be better - right between Fort Greene and Boerum Hill - and the building management is great to work with. If you're looking for a new building with postcard views and a great community feel ... the Hub is the place for you.
