If you are a property owner and looking for someone to manage your property, be aware that this company, ignores tenants when we email them fix roof leaks, bathroom issues, plumbing, etc. if they respond after several days, they pick and choose what they read and respond and still nothing is done. If you really want your property taken care of, hire another management company.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. This is a extremely unprofessional firm. The CEO, Nick, is disgustingly rude and the management of buildings is unresponsive, unreliable, and unprofessional. Look elsewhere.
