We are Ameriteks a Copier Repair small business. DRW Management Services is a thief they called to get services on June 27th and had a service fee $150.00 to service their Toshiba unit, and have been avoiding to pay the service fee of $150.00. they even changed their email, phone number and are avoiding to pay us. This is theft, and I do not recommend you doing business with this company they will not be honest nor are professionals in their business being that they deal with a lot of individuals and businesses.

I was a tenant under this property management for 5 years. My frustration with the lack of professionalism goes beyond my final interaction with them. Here are two examples of how they chose to manage their tenants. 1st: I had a final move out inspection scheduled with Brad Wilson 2 week prior to departure. This meeting is where they inform me of anything missing or damaged to which I can repair/replace or have the monies taken out of my security deposit. I was never informed that 2 of my window screens were missing. And yes, I will admit that when I moved in 5 years ago, I removed the screens and placed them in the storage shed. Completely forgetting about the two screens 5 years later. During that final move out inspection, I would have appreciated the reminder "Hey, where are those screens? If you removed them and do not replace them. We will charge you." Which is fine. I'm a reasonable person and would take ownership of the screens if I did misplace them. But no reminder was given, and I was hit with a $150 bill for replacing the missing items. If I was reminded of them, I would have placed them back in the window. Same with my "terrible patch and paint job." Which was absolutely ridiculous, given the fact that when I moved in, 1 wall in my house hadn't been painted in over 10 years and had holes from the previous tenant. Move out aside, I was also treated terribly back in 2018. The unit above me had their water heater break. This flooded my bathroom ceiling and ruled my home inhabitable. DRW insisted I move out immediately, offered no compensation, no solutions on where I should relocate to, and wouldn't even provide me with a timeline on repairs. This was AFTER being a tenant here for 4 years! When I asked simple questions like "Is this going to be a 2 week repair project or 2 month repair project?" I was trying to get an estimate on which living accommodations I needed to arrange. I was given the basic response of "Per California landlord tenant law, you are to move out immediately....." and a bunch of legal jargon. There was no humanity or empathy in their handling of this terrible situation. I had to live at a friends house for over a month and was never offered any compensation or even "I'm sorry!" from the whole exchange. If they would like to contact me and refund the $150 from the window screens and make their negligence right, I would be happy to update this review with something more positive. But at this point, I would never recommend their company to anyone.

A couple of days ago (9/21/2023), I found myself locked out of my place, and anyone can understand how stressful that situation can be. I decided to call DRW Management Services, and I must say that the experience was truly exceptional.
The lady at the reception was incredibly helpful, showing a great deal of care and patience as she assisted me over the phone. When I visited their office in person, she continued to be thoughtful and friendly, which made a significant difference in turning my mood around.
If I ever need to rent a place in the future and DRW is the manager, I won't hesitate for a moment. Their team is simply awesome, and the receptionist turned my initial frustration into joy and happiness. Thank you, DRW Management Services, for your outstanding service!

First moved into San Diego apartment complex back in 2021. Management team was fairly responsive and helpful. Cut to 2023 and 2024 and their entire office is terrible. Does not respond back to emails or voice messages. Ignores all requests for anything accounting-related but will leave paper notices on your door notifying you they are increasing your rent, but will not return any correspondence in return.

Using DRW has been a nightmare. I am an apartment owner, and contracted DRW Management without reading any reviews about them. Big mistake.

DRW did not keep in contact with us regarding people coming to see the apartment or people who applied. Their policy is to only contact the owner if they have someone moving in. As an owner, it is good to know how many people are looking and get feedback from those people.

When I found out someone had applied that I knew, I contacted them and asked them for a list of applicants. They said they do not keep names of people to whom they show the apartment. They did not say they did not keep information of people who applied but were not approved, but those names were not available, either.

I was advised of the new tenant's move-in date, but unknown to us, they had the tenant move in early. We had scheduled to have both units sprayed for pests while both units were empty. Since they did not tell us they had changed the move-in date, we had some major wrangling to do. When I called the office, Diana (the owner) was incredibly rude (huffing, puffing, sighing, and ultimately hanging up on me) and said it was our fault for not letting her know that we were spraying the apartments. I am not quite sure why I would tell her this, since they already confirmed the 5th -- three times.

I called back and talked to Tammy. I must say, she was very nice and helpful. She told me I should have gotten a confirmation letter from DRW to let us know the move-in date of the tenant, which we did not. She apologized for the mix-up. While I was on the phone with Tammy, the tenants showed up, so I had to go. Tammy understood, and said if I needed any help with the situation to call her back and she will help me out.

I went out to meet the tenant, and Diana was on the phone with the tenant. Since the tenant saw me coming, he told Diana he would talk to her later. The first words out of his mouth was that DRW messed up. His story was right in line with all of mine.

The tenant and I worked things out on our own, but that does not change how DRW handled this entire processes, including the owner hanging up on me...which I see from other reviews is a normal business practice.

DRW has been managing our properties for some time now. We being out of state, they give us such a piece of mind. Diane H. Is top notch and helps me navigate the laws as well as excellent work with the units as people move in and out. I cannot highly recommend them enough.

DRW has managed my property since 1997. They are total pros. They have always handled everything very well. They communicate well, keep great records, they are reliable, professional and they make things easy!
I could not have kept this property all these years without that layer of support. Thank you DRW!

This is a horrible property management company. They do not respond to trouble calls and lack ethos. Diana will say that the repairs are in the works and nothing is down. If you question them, they will refuse to answer or be held accountable. It took legal action to break the lease and still have yet to check out mold and left dead rodents for months. I would advise to never do business with DRW, as they only care about the money. They are quick to ignore the law for their own benefit. They do not understand the meaning of customer service and should not be allowed to operate as a property management.
