Beware members! They berate your tenants. Flat lie to the face of owners. Tack on erroneous charges to monthly statements. And like to blame their vendors for their weak management system and staff. Not an isolated incident. This could be a sinking ship in San Diego- make sure you find out why exactly before you sign the paper.

Pacific Legacy Property Management Group has managed my condo since 2012. I wouldn't go with any other group. They're sincere, offer excellence customer service, and all their services are available their online portal.

For me great peace of mind, I know my property is in good hands with Athena and her team from Pacific Legacy. They will work hard for you, incredibly enthusiastic, and their dedication is second to none.

Very trustworthy group.

Best Regards,

Kevin.

Pacific legacy property management company is the worst HOA management company in San Diego that I have seen in the past 30 years, the board needs to find a more reliable company, one that sends out up dates on water shuts offs , really how hard of a job is it?

I have been working with Jerry Bice and his management company since 2009 when I purchased a condo in the complex that he manages. Through the many issues and situations that I had to deal with, Jerry has always been very responsive and professional with his assistance. I have always found him to be very cool headed and patient when dealing with problematic matters. He is very knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend him and Pacific Legacy Property Management to anyone needing such services.

Pacific legacy used to be responsive when Jerry Bice was my complex manager, since then I have not been able to get a hold of new property manager Kate. I have attempted more than one and she does not return calls. I have also just been told by a real estate broker that she has also attempted to reach manager to get questions answered about my condo which is listed for sale, and she has not returned her calls either. It may be time for HOA to look in to a new property manager. I no longer recommend them.

The new Pacific Legacy team is wonderful. They manage my HOA and are very responsive with communication, repairs, documents and information. Tiana is especially kind, prompt and effective. It's a relief to have a trustworthy and reliable property management company.

I'm a homeowner at one of the properties managed by Pacific Legacy and I have never had a problem with them. They've always helped me with a problem when I've needed them to very promptly. Kate has also been wonderful and very helpful.

Gerardo Vasquez, an owner in our HOA posted a disgusting review of this company. I am the President of the HOA. Mr Vasquez has been a pain ever since he purchased the unit! Now he is threatening and harassing this company and our property manager, Kate. Kate is the best PM we have had in the ten plus years I have owned in this community. Kate is smart, honest, and responsive. Mr V had better watch his actions because they will only come back to bite him!
