Don't bother even calling unless your credit score is a 600. Doesn't matter that your rent has always been paid or that you leave the place as it was when you moved in. All about the credit score!

Horrible company! We applied and got approved for a place. I drove an hour and a half to view the property and management said the house was ours as soon as the tenants moved out, which was supposed to be April 30th. They called me the day of the showing and said they need another 30 days. I said ok, we can wait a bit longer. Then they called me the day after I drove 1.5 hours to see the property and told me it’s not longer available to us. They refunded the $35 application fee but wasted our time, gas and flat out lied to us about being able to move in. We invested in this place because they assured us it was our new home, only for them to turn around and say, just kidding! It was a slap in the face for me and my family.
