The complex is always trashed, gardening is blown into everyone’s yard. Pool has not been in service since we bought the condo in the 2 summers we have been here. HOA goes up but nothing is done, gates are rusting and breaking off. Who can we go to above them? BBB? We should all get together from each community they cover, where they are not providing sufficient services.

I pay HOA for what? It's not the first time that they close the pool during the times the should be open. Weather is horrible and I cannot take my kids to enjoy the pool. Pool is closed Tuesday's ans Thursday's for Maintenance. I go today on a Wednesday ans it's closed. I called ans they even said it should be open and would contact the person who monitor's the pool. I called back ans they left me on hold, when they came back on the line they said that there was some type of maintenance they had to do that was unexpected.? Wait so if you guys had maintenance to do you should have told me the first time and apologized for the inconvenience. Obviously it was made up to excuse whoever monitors the pool. It's sux that as owners who pay HOA fee we cannot even enjoy our ONLY amenity we have.

Today I received a new bill from the HOA the bill is going up to $360.

They don’t clean, haven’t painted the parking lines, there’s not security, a girl got assaulted right in front of my house, and this is an issue all the neighbors have shared.
Evergreen has never looked worst I’d like to see where is all of our money going to.
Because we’re all paying too much (there’s at least 100 houses in the community, all of us paying $360 monthly ) and I don’t see improvement.

I want results.

I needed to speak to someone regarding a water bill, I called and left 4 messages over a 1 week period for water department, No one returned my calls. Lorenia answers the calls and told me she would also look into it, and took my contact information.
No one called me back!
Total incompetency. I don't understand what type of business they are in. They are definitely NOT in the property management business, or customer service business.

I have lived in my condo for 17 years and nothing has ever been done about maintaining the Stucco which is in very poor condition condition no existing in some areas. Carports have holes. The pavement is in poor condition. Customer service is nonexistent never reply to emails and never return calls. I am in the process of taking them to court. This company shouldn't even be doing business.

Keep raising HOA and no work is ever finished. Fences were announced 2 years ago and not finished but ohh, new 60 dollars increase at the beginning of the year. A rip off. They need to manage money better since they never have enough to finish projects.

Nothing gets fixed when asked. Boards on the wall outside my condo are coming off, building is covered in cobwebs, lights for the hallways are so dirty they don’t even light up the hallway, concrete in hallways is cracked everywhere and looks like I hit it with a sludge hammer. With as high as the HOA fees are, why does the LA Bonita community look the way it does?

Minus 10! This management company charged an HOA almost 274k worth of construction at our condominiums and did not obtain permits. The contractor they hired Prestige Painting didn’t build it per plans after he was turned into the contractors board! The owners son says he’s a project manager. A project manager would know to get permits! I’m filing a complaint against their license! Horrible! If any other properties want to file a complaint with the real estate licensing board with us, please let me know!!
Also, DO NOT HIRE PRESTIGE PAINTING! They do not know how to read plans or obtain permits for work! REPORT THIS FRAUD!
