New management is horrible. Never there when needed. Park itself is nice. I sold my motorhome and told her Aug 2, still had to pay a full month's rent for a spot I can't use. No refunds because I didn't give a 30 day notice. Not like they need the spot. Several vacancies.

Clean and well-organized senior citizen community. I like visiting family there and always enjoyed the quiet and green surroundings. There is a Jackson Rancheria Casino down the road and nearby shops and Main Street if you need to get essentials for your stay.

If you are looking for a peaceful retirement in a beautiful smaller, slower paced, original and unique town that is full of American history; then Rolling Wood Estates Manufactured Homes park in Jackson, CA is the place to be.
The town lays upon the beautiful American rolling hills North East of Sacramento.
15 Min drive North you can be in the snow during winter or one of the many creeks and rivers. There are multiple Caverns and Caves to visit, Indian resorts and of course the Famous Indian Casino Resort and Hotel is only a 10 min drive from Rolling Wood Estates.

When we visit our parents at the Rollingwood Estates Park we bring our kids and have so much fun visiting the town.

The park is large and spacious, Very cute set up and the manufactured homes are of supreme quality, great climate control and energy efficient homes.

We are very happy for our parents and their new community and home in Jackson CA
