We have been in our home for over a year and we are loving it!!!! We had the BEST realtor ever Patrick Powell! Very professional, detailed, on point with everything and he made us feel like family during this process!!!! We called and I mean we called but he answered and responded as if it was our first time asking the same questions over and over again!!! Stone Martin quality home and alone with his professionalism we would do it over again!!! Patrick Powell you are the Best and we are Grateful you made sure we had a pleasant experience building our DREAM HOME!

Not so good stuff so far
Warranty work .. the builder states that warranty work is important to them and they will respond. My issue was with a microwave which tripped its fuse each time it was used . Per requirements we entered the information a company quality assurance person showed up a few days later .. he was impressed that I had to run an extension cord to another outlet to get the microwave to work. But said he would get the electricians out to fix it… we did get an update which was the electrician would NOT send his person out to check the wires or circuit breaker and that the builders would need to order a new microwave ( I can hear you know …WHAT!!!?) So being new to homeownership I waited …. But 20-25 days later I had enough … I called the Mai. Office and spoke with a receptionist who told me I would hear back from the warranty manager ( never happened ) instead they hired another electrician to come out and they found the circuit breaker was faulty change it and all has been good 2 months later

The next thing is water pooling and not draining in the front yard and mud slides from the adjacent property on to mine

I have had this ticket in for a bit and the representative came out to look and said he would get the landscaper to fix it it’s been a month and it appears I will need to call and raise heck , again … to a company who “takes pride “ in ensuring customer service

So bottoms line

Good home but small things could go wrong , don’t expect fast warranty work
