I have some concerns about Village at Mill Creek. I lived there for Almost 7 yrs an 3 of those years I experience mold in my apartment. They came out 1 time an never came back. Never heard from them again. Talked to management several times she didn’t care. It was so much moisture in the apartment the walls was full of mold an mildew I stayed sick the last 3 years I was there. I’ve was asked to fill out forms for free rent. We got it the first time 3 months free. We was asked to fill out forms again an never heard back. I know for a fact people around the area was getting up to 18 months free or a year free. Didn’t understand that. I never been late on my rent. I moved out about a month ago how bout they holding my deposit for a little spot on the counter. They shoul by now got what it was gonna be to fix counter an sent me the rest. The person managing the Millibrook apartment act like it was her rent money. The day your rent due she be on the phone calling you about rent. Sometimes you may need to be late but not there, You better pay that rent before or on that day Ig not she will be calling you. I’m on a fixed income so I need my diposit. I will never rent from Village at Mill Creek again . She want give you the company phone number for you to contact them. She use to come in your unit when she get ready. That’s not fair.
