Trash company, unprofessional. Negative star if possible.

Never solve your problems. Called to have them send refund, they never listen to you and keeping making mistakes. The person in charge of deposit refund never gets back to me. Messy and unorganized company.

It has been over 1 month and still haven't received all refund. Will be submitting claims in court and department of real estate this against company.

Parker and the entire team at Tenant Planet have been outstanding in keeping my property managed while I have been living out of state. I always feel informed on the current status of my property and whenever I do have the rare question they respond promptly. I cannot imagine using any other property management team and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. My vehicle was towed on November 2, 2023 due to not being notified that I needed to get new parking permits through a new company. I was given a complete run around on the day mentioned above only to find out that someone from Tenant planet was notified in July to let us know about the permit issue. I have sent multiple emails and I have also gave this company multiple calls only to once again be ignored. This IS NOT the way you treat your tenants. You own up to your mistakes and you make things right. I pay my rent on time and I try every day to do what’s right in the community I live in. I am making a paper trail as we speak with emails and calls. So far I’ve been told I would be getting a call back since November 2 and it is now 12 days later with no luck. I hope this review doesn’t fall on blind eyes.

Thanks to Tenant Planet, I've had a great tenant in my San Diego condo for the past year. Not only are the rental payments dispersed in record time, but their monthly management fee is very budget friendly - $79 (unheard of)! I am extremely happy with their management and highly recommend them. Last summer, I was a first-time landlord in need of a property management company to help me get the space ready, find a renter, and manage the property while I was preparing to move out of state. Alaina did a phenomenal job coordinating painters and cleaners, advertising and marketing, and vetting applicants. She was awesome with discussing options, keeping me posted, and ultimately securing a great tenant. And Parker Cox - the absolute best with responsiveness and addressing concerns - is very personable and professional. I know my property is in good hands with Tenant Planet!

I'm a property owner. i started working with Tenant Planet around 5 years ago. I've worked with other property management companies in the past, and Tenant Planet has been the best. they have systems in place to deal with any issues, and they are completely transparent and reasonable. Tenant Planet has impressed me the most with their ability to maintain great relationships with tenants in the property, which is really important to me as an owner.
Tenant Planet always provides recommendations on how to handle situations such as repairs, and they have a capable cadre of personnel to perform whatever work is required. In every circumstance that i can recall, they have quickly and adequately handled every problem, making both tenant and owner happy with the result. this has made my investment virtually worry free.
I've had interactions with the most of the individuals in the company, and they are excellent top to bottom. special thanks to Lynnel & David who I have worked closest with, and who are easy to contact and quick to deal with any issue that might arise.

As a property owner with them getting customer service is very difficult no one ever returns my voicemails, the maintenance person charged me for work that was never done. Ring doorbell not installed, first tenant cleaning was not done, the tenant was even offered a refund for the cleaning I was never informed the cleaning wasn’t done so I don’t know what I paid for. If I hadn’t reached out to the tenant directly I still would not have known about this. The agency didn’t offer to send me back the ring doorbell nor give me any update on the installation. There have been small but good interactions like fixing the toilet and sink as far as I know but with speaking to the tenant, there is likely much the manage my company is not telling me. I can only interact with maintenance through a email application and when I call for more efficient communication if I get answer which is rare they send me straight to voicemail. The tenant had a car in his spot for two days and only the owner can request a tow truck, I gladly would have done so, but TP never informed me that the tenant had no place to park for two days! That is absurd. I am definitely not renewing with this company and will be seeking another management company for my property as soon as legally possible.
