As a first time home buyer, the process to begin the purchase of a home was intimidating and seemed impossible to obtain.
As a result, we began to look for a bigger rental property and in that process we were blessed with meeting Inez Quijas. Immediately after meeting, she connected us with our lender whom then pre-qualified us for our loan.
Inez is a realtor with in depth experience in the field and guided us through the process and answered all our questions along the way. She was patient and understanding and in constant communication with us.
Since the demand to purchase a home was high and inventory was low, we faced many challenges and felt defeated often. It was exhausting and frustrating at times, but Inez always gave us hope and was positive in the process. She said:

Inez is the best!! This wasn't the first time I purchased a home in San Diego, therefore I was somewhat familiar with the process.
