We can't thank Tanner enough for all his help and guidance through the process of buying a property in Pine Mountain Club. Talk about giving us the personal touch! Tanner was with us every step of the way, not only providing clarification on an ever-confusing process of buying a home in this day and age, but also providing supportive and positive words and attitude regarding the successful outcome of our efforts. He worked with us remotely, and made sure we were thoroughly informed from beginning to end. Not living near PMC while engaging in the processes of purchasing the home is very challenging, but Tanner went the extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly, scheduling inspections, coordinating procedures/transactions with the property owners association, etc. We truly and deeply appreciate all his help and anyone lucky enough to work with Tanner will confirm our statements.
