Patrick and Angelica are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring.
Patrick was incredibly helpful when I rented here 2 yrs ago and is the reason I came back again.
The rental process went very smoothly with Angelica’s advice. With her help I even had an easy move in on a weekend.
Angelica communicates promptly and has been so attentive to solving any problems.

I really love living at Avalon Monrovia. The place looks great and is always super clean. The staff are super friendly and professional, which makes everything so much easier. Plus, we enjoy all the fun events on Myrtle Ave right in front of our home. It really adds to the whole experience!

If I could give them more stars, I would! As someone that has moved a few times already Avalon Monrovia has been THE MOST seamless experience. I stumbled upon this place accidentally, and it was the best decision that I could have ever made. The entire team including Patrick, Juan, Matt, Diana, and Trevor have been so accommodating and are always there to greet us with a smile! They truly are the reason why the Avalon felt like home... Any concerns that we had throughout our time here has been addressed timely and in the most professional manner. The property is well maintained and kept clean at all times. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and the building is located conveniently off the 210 in old town Monrovia. I could go on and on about how much I love this place, but you need to go see so for yourself. Avalon Management... if you are reading this Juan, Patrick, and Matt deserve recognition for all that they do to keep us residents happy. We have recommended so many loved ones to Avalon and will continue to do so.

My husband and I have been here for 2 years and we love it. We have to thank Patrick and Matt for making our living smooth and easy. We feel like we can really depend on them -- They have been attentive to any issues that have come up and made sure all community concerns are addressed. They often host events for residents to enjoy and to mingle. Amenity areas are clean, nicely decorated and well maintained. It has felt safe and we haven't had any safety concerns. Another plus to living here is the Monrovia Street Fair & Market that starts in front of Avalon Monrovia every single Friday. The location is also convenient to restaurants, banks, groceries, USPS/UPS, public library, parks and fitness studios like yoga, pilates, martial arts and other gyms.

Best apartment living I have ever experienced! Complex is always kept clean and the staff is incredible. Patrick is simply the best and I cannot recommend Avalon Monrovia enough!

We rented our apartment sight unseen because when we signed our lease the building was very much under construction. Jetzabel and Diana were always happy to answer questions, step in and help with any issues we had and really made the process of moving to a whole new city very "easy", as if moving is ever easy.

Now that we are here, we are so happy to have Andrew to help us deal with all the crazy things you find a new apartment - like the hot and cold water were connected incorrectly on our washing machine. I couldn't figure out why the washer was washing everything in HOT water... Thank you Andrew for fixing that for us!

*UPDATE* The leaks have been repaired and management was more than fair when it was time to renew our lease. Patrick and Emily have been so great in helping us during this process.

*UPDATE* It’s been more than 3 months and AvalonBay corporate still hasn’t fixed the problem. The wall has been dried three times but the cause for the leak still has not been fixed or determined. So every time it rains, we can expect a leak! We have been told that the contractors will be starting work but nothing yet. Have other residents had issues with Avalon Corporate similar to this?

I just wish corporate was as helpful and communicative as the staff on the property.***

We love the neighborhood and community. However, we have had consistent leaks with this winter’s rains. First leak was above the living room windows; the most recent leak is through the ceiling in the loft. Nothing has been fixed even over a month of problems. Avalon Corporate’s solution has been to open up walls, expose electrical wires, and ask us to book and pay for our own hotel rooms. Their solution is to break lease on our expense. We are a family of 5 (including 2 toddlers and a senior grandmother). If you are looking for a place to live that will repair and resolve problems when they happen, Avalon is highly NOT recommended! You will be left to figure things out yourself with no help from corporate.
