I absolutely love Fairway at Big Canyon! The property is peaceful, quaint, and well kept! The neighbors are really friendly. Jose in maintenance is awesome and so quick to respond to any concerns despite the fact that you can see he’s busy on the property throughout the day. Jasmine in the leasing office is super sweet and so helpful. I feel so grateful to be able to live at Fairway with my family!:) Would recommend to anyone that was looking for a place to call home to live here.

Enjoying several years at this lovely community. When looking for an apartment community, the most factors considered are property, Location, amenities etc.. What you can't see is the Maintenance Staff. (That is the glue) At Fairway Big Canyon apartments, we have THE BEST Maintenance staff, especially JOSE. In this economic climate, it is a challenge to find good employees that want to work. He is always happy to help residents with a smile. It is a tough job, and residents can be brutal with their expectations. He manages it very well, and many requests are outside his control. His professionalism, positive attitude, mechanical skills, and patience make him unique. My company would kill for an employee like Jose, good thing my work is far away 😉. I just wanted to recognize him as he represents Essex very well. Thank you, Jose, you Rock!

MOLD in apartments, termite infestation and TERMITE POOP all over apartment, water leaking into apartments from leaking roofs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Management takes months to respond to requests, multiple neighbors have moved out due to mold after the mold growth in their closet grew into their clothes, which management refuses to acknowledge and will refer to the mold as “MG” - mold growth - or say the black mold “looks like burnt candles” to try and avoid liability. Termite poop, water damage, overpriced rent, and moldy apartment units is Fairway at Big Canyon. Stay away if you value your health.
Jose the maintenance person is great, the management and administration office are the problem.
