Had a bad experience, gave them a $500 deposit to hold an apartment for me and then was told I don't qualify so they took my deposit and mailed it to corporate it's been over two weeks now since I gave them my $500 deposit and I have not received it. When I called on it Deborah says it was sent to corporate and they'll send you a check why would they do that!? They get their money for a deposit in a timely manner why wouldn't they give it back if we don't qualify. That just tells me they're not good management.

JUNGLE-FISH

The kids are too loud. They scream and play in front of the house every day.The noise upstairs is also so loud that it looks like an apartment building that is not soundproof. The house upstairs and the neighbors run and scream every day listening to loud music. I know children sometimes play loudly. But this apartment has no regard for the neighbors by the children's parents. So I would like to say that people who want to live quietly without children should never move in here.

If something breaks down, I have to wait at least 3-5 days to fix. However, the large living room and no carpet are a big advantage. My review after living one month.

Spiders often appear in apartments. I've seen spiders 6 times in my apartment my 12 days of life. Also so many ants. (Especially in the bathroom.)

When I pay rent, they charge me convenience fee. Even I pay from bank account. I don't like the ActiveBuilding app. Country Brook condos are not Bilt alliance. If you living Bilt alliance apartment, don't move in country Brook condos.

This is my first leased apartment with family in USA. A big thanks to all Country Brook leasing office staff and maintenance team for making my family's 3 years stay awful and happy. We were in same apartment during these 3 years and the leasing office made the stay utmost comfortable by attending every maintenance OR non maintenance requests promptly. I would like to thank almost every staff member but would love to mention few names here which I recollect. Thank you very much Deborah, Brianna, Joellen & Elizabeth. I really appreciate all help extended by you. Our experience in Country Brook is you all always kept resident's interest and genuine requests on priority. You all are amazing 🙂

My moving in experience has been awesome. The management and maintenance staff have been very cordial and welcoming. The community is kept very clean and maintained well. Thank you for being very response and patience to answer all my emails and messages. I give 10/10 at this time!

I rarely write a review. But, I am writing to share a wonderful experience I had recently with the current property manager, Deborah. I was apartment hunting from out of state and could not travel to see apartments in person. I contacted Country Brooks Condos over the phone. I spent over 45 mins on the phone with Deborah. Even though several calls were waiting and she was short staffed, from the get go Deborah was super helpful. She convinced me to apply, helped me pick an unit that would fit my criteria, and meticulously walked me tthrough the amneties in the unit, in the apt community and in the surrounding areas. I expressed my uneasiness with the proximity of the unit (that she recommended) by a busy street. Deborah answered all my questions truthfully and took note of my concerns. Later in the day, Deborah took personal care to capture a video of the unit and thoughtfully took that video at the busy hour to address my concern with the traffic noise to show me the real feel of traffic inside the apt. She took video of approach to the unit as well as inside the unit. I truly appreciated that Deborah went above and beyond my expectations. She made me feel, I was visiting in person. She seemed to be a caring and helpful person.

Shout out to Joellen as well at the office. She is also awesome and very helpful.

I would recommend anyone looking for a nice apartment in San Ramon Area to check out Country Brook Rental Condos at Alcosta Blvd.

We are living in this community since 2017 & will probably settle for years to come. This place is "Home" to us. We've lived several communities in the past & can say that home is not just a nice structure inside out but a place where you feel secure, safe & welcome. From the very start management team has been excellent in customer service & they've been consistent. They will try to work with you the best they can. My encounters with the Manager- Deborah, Asst. Manager - Brianna, Leasing Agent - Elizabeth & Maintenance Manager James has been nothing less than great. They give you a feeling of assurance that they have your best interest at heart. Edward & David, the maintenance crews treats every repairs & issues with utmost care. It's very rare to have such a culture of caring people.They treat you like family not just renters in building numbers. This community is home if you want one.
