I had a recent encounter with TMB - Sungold Tracy, I was planning on purchasing a home but unfortunately due to some unforeseen events it didn't work out, however i would like to mention my experience ended up being good.
I learnt a lot abt their CEO - Miss Palmer and she is a great woman with amazing values.
VP of Sales - Miss Lee is good and professional and handled my case fairly.
I recommend Marth Bunch - Community Sales Manager, she is very professional and a great lady to work with.
TMB - model homes and plans are beautiful.

Would not buy any houses from them. Our "new construction" complex had so many shoddy things that our HOA had to take them to court for a litigation....
