"Best birthday weekend ever!" was what my wife kept saying all weekend. Checking was easy, they provide information for every step of the way and the house was incredible! We were amazed by Groveland and would love to come back again soon to explore more. Perfect for families and outdoor fun. It was closer to Yosemite than I thought as well.

We rented the nut house because it had a hot tub. Yosemite region resorts told us it was broken as we were driving up there. They responded to our “devastated” emails ! Then the general manager went to the property and worked with the owner to get the hot tub refilled and working again! The new mom with me was so satisfied and relaxed!

We stayed from June 30th to July 4th during a heatwave, but the property had no air conditioning. The rental office was slow to respond and unhelpful, attributing the lack of AC to a power outage. They failed to provide alternatives like table fans or portable AC units despite being part of a large community, which should have backup options. The poor customer service and their disregard for our discomfort, which forced us to stay and sometimes sleep in our cars, ruined our trip. Despite paying nearly $2000, we haven't received a proper refund. The service was terrible and I dont recommend this rental at all.

As a former resident of Pine Mountain Lake, I was getting a bit homesick for Groveland. Searching the Web for a vacation rental there, I came across Yosemite Region Resorts. Since we have a dog, I was concerned that I might not be able to find an accommodation. Upon contacting them, I found the Yosemite Region Resorts team to be extremely helpful, and as such I quickly procured a rental near the golf course. Knowing that most of the homes in PML are older, I kept my expectations to a minimum. When we arrived at the house, I was very surprised how well kept the landscaping was, and then once inside, the home was immaculately clean and comfortable. All in all, our expectations were far exceeded. Thank you, Yosemite Resorts Team, for being a major part of our awesome vacation!

Do not use this company for booking any rentals. (1) You won’t be notified about the fire evacuation order and area being inhabitable (when travelling with kids) ; (2) You won’t be able to cancel your trip if anything happens (regardless if you get insurance or not); (3)If you get a credit, you won’t be able to choose your desired dates (even if there are vacant properties); (4) to cancel your trip, you will be advised to go through insurance; and (5) once you cancel the trip, the insurance doesn’t apply.
Please read all the policies as we lost almost 7k for a trip. We travel every year to PML (a group of 15 people), and we didn’t experience so much frustration and disappointment. There are so many other ways to book your trip, please do not use this company.

Be careful with their listings and descriptions. They are not very clear and they sometimes they expect the guest to do more than on a regular vacation rental or get charged. I had an issue with my rental their office never answers my calls or got back to me.
EDIT: I never gave an Airbnb review because it was not worth my time (Airbnb will always take the host side and not the guest). Once again false information from the host who is yet to return my call back but prefers to discredit me in the Google review sections.

Both my wife and I submitted application online and paid the $43 fee. There was no response for a few days. After calling, they stated the listing wasn't available. The listing was still up for at least 2 days after. Dont get scammed. Update. The company replied and was not happy. They mentioned that "I should find out how the process works." I figured the process is what they state, but apparently there are underlying conditions that they mention later after you write a review. Honesty is key for a company to thrive. Integrity of employees and upper management is also key. It seems like there have been multiple 1 or 2 star reviews. I do not believe they are all inaccurate.

Reserved a rental entited "Aubrey's Nest", a pet friendly reservation. We included the size of our dog in the initial rental request. They accepted our initial offer and deposit, then later told us within days of the reservation that our pet was not acceptable and we could not receive our deposit back. I would not recommend working with this company in any way, shape, or form if you have pets; they should never have accepted our initial request or deposit if they determined our dog did not meet their criterion. Do not recommend working with this company (originally engaged through HomeAway). Agents corresponded with included a "Sharron" and "Josh."
