Fast and easy!
Susan is amazing! We sold a home in about 4 weeks from the first conversation to offer acceptance — including repainting, upgrades, and staging. Susan handled everything! Susan Schall will make your deal happen, whether buying or selling your home. We should know, as she worked with us in both buying our Livermore home in 2017 and selling the same in 2024. She helped us understand the idiosyncrasies of the California market both then and now, coaching us on the realistic expectations of both buyers and sellers in each transaction.
Susan brought key resources to bear when we decided to sell the house. She brought consultants in and arranged for a home inspection so we could get the necessary and correct advice to focus on what best needed to be done to get a good sales price. The home was staged attractively and economically by another of her resources, creating more curb appeal and positive visual impact in the process.
Susan was an effective communicator throughput the entire process. She regularly and routinely offered local real estate market performance and analysis to help us make informed decisions on home improvements and pricing decisions. Her contact availability was nearly 24/7, as we regularly communicated throughout the days on evenings, weekends and holidays. We never felt we were out of the loop.
Summing things up, we entered into a sales contract on our house within three weeks of listing it and closed within 30 days afterwards. The final sales price was well within our expectations. Happy home seller. . I chose Susan Schall to help me sell my house and I am extremely grateful for this choice. Susan humped right in with excellent advice on what I could do to prepare for the sale. Nothing extreme, just common sense suggestions.
