Nataly was amazing. The last time I looked for space I did it myself and this time I knew I needed help. I contacted a few commercial real estate people but Nataly got back to me first. I am so glad she did. She was easy to talk to, I explained what I needed, and she found my new home. I just moved into my new Pilates studio and it is a tranquil spot. Filling out an online form to request information on an office space in Los Angeles was a leap of faith, and it was uncertain what would be received. Tkach Ventures reached out to me the following day. I had the opportunity to work with Nataly initially, who was not only a consummate professional but also showed kindness, grace, and a great deal of patience with me. Since this interaction took place online, I had numerous questions and concerns. However, Nataly exceeded my expectations by being incredibly helpful and alleviating any doubts I had. Her understanding of both commercial spaces and neighborhoods in Los Angeles is exceptional. After providing Nataly with all of my requirements for the ideal office space, she promptly contacted me the next day and provided a list of suitable locations. We then collaborated to narrow down the options to just three potential office spaces.
Regrettably, Nataly was unable to accompany me and visit the 3 office spaces as she had some previously scheduled appointments. With Yan present during the visits, I felt the presence of a reliable ally. He posed difficult questions and assisted me in securing the most favorable lease agreement through negotiation. Once we reached a decision concerning the ideal space, Yan took charge of the entire process. It was impressive how he managed to simplify every step of the leasing process and the accompanying paperwork for us. We greatly appreciated his assistance in facilitating communication with the management company and clarifying the entire process. Yan did a great job twice.

First, he helped me buy one property in L.A. while selling another in a different county. (1031 exchange). This was a complicated pair of transactions. He found me the property to buy. There was a lot of difficulty in financing and he had to use considerable creativity to engineer an unusual loan. He had to coordinate the transactions and their delicate timing with each other.

A week ago he helped me finally sell the same (industrial) building. That also involves a 1031 exchange. He found the buyer, unfortunately a government agency which took more than half a year to finally satisfy all its procedures and requirements and close, demanding a close in 12 days which Yan helped me manage. He helped me satisfy their many questions and concerns. He guided the transaction the whole way. It was a pleasure to work with him and I hope to work with him in future in ferreting out and buying investment RE.

Throughout both transactions, he proved knowledgeable, professional, scrupulously honest, and excellent at solving problems. (Even better, at helping me avert problems in the first place.) I would highly recommend his services to others.
