Last month I reached out to our Property Management team about an issue I had with a recent gutter installation. Brianna Sawyer reached back out immediately and began taking steps to resolve my issue. She updated me frequently and got someone out to quickly evaluate the issue. She coordinated with all parties involved to get my repair done in record time and she communicated with me at each step along the way. I am very impressed with her responsiveness and follow through! I have to admit I anticipated a long drawn out process and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was my first time interacting with Brianna and she was a pleasure to work with.

Our community is new to AMG and I recently had a problem logging into their website. I called a couple of times with no luck reaching anyone. Left a message with one person and he never returned my call. The toll free number cuts you off before you can even leave a message. Finally I was able to reach Brianna and she was GREAT! She helped me get into the system with a temporary password and then told me how to change it to my personal password. I’ll have to say their website isn’t exactly user friendly, at least not for us old folks, but Brianna is awesome. She even followed up with me to see if I had any questions or issues. Great job Brianna; you are to be commended. Thank you!

Brianna is absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for our community. Our old management company caused us to lose our FHA and VA loans. Brianna worked so hard to get these loans reinstated for our community which is huge for those trying to sell their condo. We can’t thank her enough for all she does for our community.
