We were fortunate to have Joe help us sell our old house and purchase a new one. Through the whole process he was very helpful and answered our questions along the way. When we went into escrow he kept us updated weekly on the process and if there was anything important we needed to be aware of. I can count a few evenings where joe was able to be flexible and talk to me for 20 to 30 minutes on the transactions and what was going on. He was also a very good negotiator and we are extremely happy with how we sold and purchased our house. 10/10 would recommend using Shaw Real Estate Brokers! Long time coming on this review. I'm a Veteran and wanted to use my VA loan. I reached out to these guys after dealing with someone that Navy Federal had recommended as a VA specialist. This particular female realtor that specializes in Yucaipa. The whole time she kept trying to get me away from Navy Federal and away from my VA loan benefits. Every step of the way she kept saying there was no buying power with the VA. She was trying to get me into an FHA loan with her lender.
