If you want to be overwhelmingly confused, yelled at and disappointed, this is the insurance company for you! Their idea of customer service is confusing everyone, yelling on emails - I’m surprised they don’t type in All CAPS - and a barrage of cover their A$$ emails after every mistake - think gas lighting. Even my payroll company was confused and disgusted. They’re a Mumford company and operate as Businsure - they are hiding - most likely in hopes of not getting any reviews - or just more confusion.

Beth has been handling our employee insurance benefits for several years. She has been very proactive at finding the best rates available for our group. Whenever an employee has an issue of any type in dealing with the insurance provider, she has always been very assertive and very successful at resolving the issue in favor of the employee. She often goes beyond the “call of duty” by working all hours of the night until she gets the quote she wants or resolves the issues that have arisen. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent insurance broker.
