Tim and his team have done a fabulous job for me helping me take care of my rental house. They know the market, find really solid tenants and manage all the repairs effectively. Advantage Properties has been managing a rental property of mine for a little over a year. They have been very easy to work with and have good communication. We had a tenant recently who did quite a bit of damage to our property before they moved out - Tracey was very quick to jump in and help me get workers in to quickly get our property repaired. I have had nothing but a positive experience with all the employees at Advantage. I would definitely recommend them.

WORST MANAGEMENT EVER! All they want is your rent but never do ANYTHING to clean up the place or for issues of mold. Neighbors have had issues with breathing because of it and they won't even send anyone out to take a look.. run as fast as you can away from this property management company.

Had an appointment to view a studio apartment, but upon arrival was told there were no studios available. Was shown a 1 bd/1ba apartment, which was beautiful, but out of my price range & not what I was originally there to see. Will definitely try again though! Really want that studio!

Tracey has been great with my rental properties. She is always prompt with communication and goes over and beyond to make sure we get quality, long-term tenants in my properties. I wouldn't use another property management company in Thomasville other than Advantage Properties.

I would put negative stars if I could. I placed an application for a property and due to my signature not matching my drivers license and previous rental application, my application was closed. Instead of contacting both main and co applicant, she contacted only the main. Then when I called about my application I found out it was closed. I told her that I can go to my previous rental agency and get proof I am who I say I am. I told her that the main applicant who I was going into the property with who would be my roommate had not relayed word of what was wrong with my application. She questioned if we were no longer speaking or with each other. Him and myself are both just busy working different schedules and ARE NOT A COUPLE. It was terrible to assume that we were. I started to get mad and yes cussed to her about my previous property being trash and she told me due to the way I was speaking she could no longer ever accept my application. She refused to let me speak to Tracy. Or inform me of when I could speak to her. I tried to remain calm but was mad that my application was closed out due to a signature not matching. I am sure my background check came back clear. And my rental history was good. I was aware my credit would be low but was told that we would just pay a little more toward the deposit. I also have a good paying job and so does my would be roommate. It is ridiculous that all because of a signature I was accused of fraud and that it was not me. I could have brought in other pieces of proof of my identity. I truely believe they closed my account on other reasons. But if those really are the reasons then its insane the people who have recieved access to their properties. Very disappointed.

I rent from them at great prices close to Winston Salem, high point and greensboro. Theyre friendly, understanding, and work with you landlords to tennants. They have fair reasonable rental properties that are clean and they dont bother you as long as you pay and keep up the place you rent. Theyre good about also repairing if theres issues. Staff friendly and they allow digital rental payments from bank or debit. Best rentals around the area close to everything.
