Mike helped me lease out my downtown San Diego investment condo at The Mark in record time! He was very easy to work with and made the entire process easy. What an absolute pleasure!

I hired HomeShield Property Management and Mike Mora to lease and manage a few of my condos in the downtown and bankers hill area of San Diego. I do not currently live in the country so it would have been a nightmare trying to do this one my own logistically. I spoke with a few managers in the area before I moved forward with homeshield and Mike the owner. I decided to work with them because of how prompt and professional they were. Mike got back to me within 10 minutes of my call. The other two managers I called 1 got back to me 1 day later and the other never called back. Mike moved quickly to get me what I needed and his pricing was some of the best I found in the downtown location. They didn't charge me anything to get started which was a nice surprise as well. For me, communication is extremely important and they excelled at that from the beginning and that's why I moved forward with them.

You get what you pay for in life and in this case, they were really affordable and great to work with which is usually not how it goes haha. Thanks for the help HomeShield! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a property manager in the Downtown San Diego 92101 area.
