This is one of the best rental agencies ever in the high desert they work with you and there like family I’ve been with them for 7 years and the property manager is the best she is patient and very knowledgeable and very helpful and very friendly she cares about people and she is a beautiful soul. God bless me to come to them and I will never leave I plan on buying from them because they’re that great. If you need a home or apartment or condo or townhome come to them they will take care of you and your family so Thank you Ms.Alicia for being there.

The most unprofessional company I have ever tried to work with. I am a combat Veteran trying to find a new home in the high desert. My calls were always being forwarded and I could never get a reply. I got a VERY Lazy vibe when it comes to even trying to process an application. (Weeks!) I hope this review helps the next person before choosing this company and get screwed over. Don’t do it. (p.s They do not work with Veterans)

The process of getting approved was simple and quick. Our Landlord Alisha was awesome - she did a great job with helping us through and making it a smoove transition.The place we looked at initially was in bad shape and because of that we chose to move into a different unit.The unit we moved into wasn’t horrible but it should have had a deep cleaning before our move in. Floors , windows , walls , cabinets sinks, stove and oven all needed to be cleaned etc. We are without hot water because the gas company issued the appliance hazardous and in need of replacement along with replacement of air filters. Management has been notified but as of now we are still without repairs. It’s our first month so I’m believing things will be handled and we’re just off to a rocky start. My interactions with mgt. so far has been pleasant - will leave an update later

They claim accept all sources of income(verifiable), unlike others whom violate and openly discriminate, this company schedules appointments only to tell you homes are no longer available, or another deposit was placed, shows favoritism and plays games.

I like the location where we rent. I live in a very convenient safe location, controlled traffic, schools near by, though an older home my neighborhood is very respectful, we as a family have built welcoming relationships with the neighbors.

I’ve been requesting for the management to fix my downstairs shower door due to leaking water everywhere since I moved in July 2019. I was told by Karen and Alisha it would be fixed. They had a person come out to do the estimate and until this day now Dec 2019 no one has come to fix this.
