0/10 apply somewhere else, very unprofessional we been calling for a week straight just to get the run around and sorry excuses everytime we called they say we will call tomorrow, the man who review the application wasn’t in the office, our application is still processing just a different story every day and they still doesn’t call us, we have to contact them just to get an update, we called today just for them to tell us they gave the property to some one else who applied 2 days before us but when we asked the man who was showing us the house was anyone else looking at this property he said NO, so why is that someone applied earlier us got the property? I don’t even think our application got reviewed! we never received a email or text message confirming a background check was completed or declined due to another person getting the property… this feel likes a scam honestly.. hope the $50 & waste of our time was worth it.

Love love love this company, they are the BEST hands down! Very professional, understanding, & does whatever to get the job done. Maintenance shows up on time as well. When buying a home I’ll go through Mr. Adair without a doubt ‼️
