Alba greatly helped my house and I with dealing with parking in the Redington community! In the community, we are only allowed 1 permit per household to park on the street, but since we are a house of 4 college students, we needed a second parking permit. Dealing with the parking company on our own was very difficult and would've gotten no where, but Alba made sure we were able get a second permit swiftly. She needed us to confirm our bedroom and garage space, and then our request for a second permit was easily approved. Alba saved our house from having to deal with a difficult parking situation (in our own neighborhood!) during the school year. I can't thank her enough.

Absolutely atrocious. I live in MacArthur Village in Santa Ana California. They do not return calls. Multiple residents have sent email requests and photos re broken sidewalks, rotted wood beneath load bearing foot bridges, laundry rooms that are shut down for weeks at a time, porch lights that were out for 5 weeks. I’m one of the many residents who have sent emails on the above issues. Post a response if you’d like, it would be the only response I’ve ever received from your company.

Wanted to give a shout out to Laryssa Soto and her awesome events that she coordinates for us as a Lifestyle Coordinator. We've had an abundance of events that help to bring people in the community together in our neighborhood (yoga, Bingo, kids' hip hop, small markets, etc.) - I am just loving them! She is easy to communicate with and she's always open to ideas. Grateful!

We also went to one recently that Anette Gonzalez hosted. It was such a special event for the kids, and I am so happy that the kids get to connect together through special events and classes like the one we had (hip hop)! Definitely a huge perk!

We have a great team at Spencer’s Crossing! We are in the process of making changes to our front yard and Marissa, Jacob, Laryssa, and Anette have been extremely helpful and responsive in helping us get everything submitted and approved. The process was seamless! The community is also so beautiful and well maintained. Lots of fun events for families and a great place to live overall.

What an excellent experience with Alba. She definitely deserves more than 5 stars. I really appreciate the customer service she provided me. I had some water leakage issue that was pending for quite long time. Whenever I connected anyone, they never responded to fix the problem. I was quite bothered, but when I requested Alba, she not only responded me in timely manner, but fixed the issue right away without any hassle. She followed me back and made sure if the problem is solved. Thank you Alba for your great customer service.
