Awful company, had an appointment to view a property which I drove over an hour to see. I verified my appointment earlier in the day as requested. Everything seemed good to go but Enrique texted me 15 minutes before my appointment saying that it seems I wouldn't make it and to reschedule when I was literally down the street. I promptly called him within a minute of receiving that message to clear up any misunderatanding. No answer, but I continued on and arrived at the home five minutes before my scheduled viewing. Tried calling and texting several more times after arriving but was completely ghosted by this "agent". Highly unprofessional, a small notion of explanation or apology would go a very long way in a situation like this. I see why the property has been listed for so long. Use caution when doing business with this company.

Scammers!!! Post one listing with fair price and sends email with same info. Then a week later sends text with increased price (almost double) for same listing, as if that was the price from start. Then gives fake BS story why price increase and doesn't care about others story of why the increase is unfair without warning that a steep change could happen. Doesn't care of the families interested in it and the time wasted giving false hope and attention to a scam listing. Rude and lying fake realtors!! Still not showing property but giving 2 different prices for one listing. SCAM!!! Run far away these people have NO INTEGRITY!!

Tried to rent a home with this company and what a nightmare. Toured it and the gentleman sounded like he was gonna be professional but let me tell you what. He gave us the run around emailing the wrong people... saying he would email my company and never doing it. He gladly took the application money but very unprofessional. He will say he's gonna email verification then never do it's so frustrating. I used another company and they got me in a house like it's supposed to be.

This is a really good company if you were looking to rent a house or apartment when I asked that I needed a certain amount of space they had some availability. I will recommend them employees are also really friendly.

Kendell and Enrique helped me sell my home in Corona. It needed a lot of work to make sellable. Kendell and his team were there every step of the way, and walked us thru all necessary documents. Kendell, Enrique, Shelly, and Yesenia, in my humble opinion, are the best in the business! They have been my property management team since 2014, and have made everything easy and seamless. They are quick to respond and have a team of professionals for any repairs you can imagine. Robert Hacker and the Ocean West Realty group have always been upfront and honest with everything that they have done and willing to work with renters. Rob always makes sure that we are well taken care of if any thing has broke or needs to be repaired. The best property management team I have ever dealt with. I would recommend Rob and his wonderful team to anyone whether it be to buy or rent.

After 24 months of service and doing a lot of the menial work for them, they threatened me for three days worth of rent when I left. THREE DAYS. Nice, guys - very professional. I paid it just to avoid the negative feedback, even though I didn't owe it. I'm glad I moved away from you. I'd steer away from this organization. They are not interested in the better interests of the owners, OR the renters. They dragged their feet, failed to respond in any type of timely manner to any issue, and didn't care about the renter - just wanted to collect cash. Not a Property Management company that I would recommend in any way - and feel free to contact me for details, these people are horrible.
