If I can give them a zero star review… I would. Very complicated to get in contact with. Overall, trash customer service. I received my bill in the mail and the link provided to pay does not work😐.

NO STARS! This company assesses fees for no reason and cannot be reached to resolve issues!! They ignore OWNERS rights and will not accept mediation requests!! I have been ignored over and over and over again. I write letters every month and they do not respond!!!

Ask for Courtney and she will be empathetic and helpful; she's great. Marianne is professional. The 3rd person (anonymous) is not the person you want to deal with. Huge difference with who you speak to so be polite and ask who's helping you.
3 stars reflects prior experiences which lead me to find the names of those willing to help (the rating is balanced out between the 1 star or lower I'd give the anonymous person, and the 4 to 5 stars I'd give the rest of my experiences with the right people)

Precise Management is the worse company I have experienced in my life. As a Condo owner in HOA managed by Precise Management, I have been waiting on a call from my property manager for over six months. Every time I send an email, I get a response from one of the employees that I have forwarded your email to your property manager to review and respond.
Of course, I am still waiting for someone to respond for six months. I have asked that employee several times to give me the property manager’s phone number or the board of directors, and she refused even though the matter is related to a safety hazard.
I have also experienced billing issues with the same company on my other property in a different association.
Think twice before doing business with this awful company.

Went into the office to pay my bill. The girl I was told to talk to was very unpleasant and seemed annoyed I was there. I'm sorry I didn't know my exact amount due and you had to do your job. As I walked out I heard them start to talk about me. Super unprofessional staff!

HOA had plumbers here that butchered a job and didn't provide a 24 hour emergency notice as required by law. They broke a valve. HOA would not return my calls and refused to talk although, I pay for HOA fees. Board members don't follow the rules of property.
