Couldn't talk to one person. Any question we had i was told they dont have an answer, even the manager said she needed to ask her boss. Will not provide a business license or realtor license. Will not provide there address. The "manager" yelled at me when I was asking to meet to see the documents to rent before handing over $500. She said it's not a business and that they own 100 homes they rent out, so they don't need a business license. Was approved to rent then was denied after I questioned payments being told we have to make and to show business credentials, denial was listed as different things in text vs online vs phone.

Applied for a property then was finally able to tour it, I was told I was one of the first applicants and that my chances were good by Octavio (guy that toured the place) yet alone he was the only one on point. I kept asking for an update since I applied on Oct. 4th and no one other than Octavio was calling to see if someone had reached out to me yet, today I emailed again and Karina just said I didn’t get approved and I asked if I can get help in finding a place where I can get approved and Nothing… So I’m starting to think all these reviews that This company is in fact just a SCAM! 🤦🏻‍♀️

I literally just called right now because I wanted information on the qualifications and the person that answered literally could not tell me. She just asked me to fill out the application and I said I’m not going fill out anything unless I know the qualifications because , why am I going to apply to some thing that I know I might get denied on and then waste my Time and probably end up lowering my credit .And I asked her how is it that she does not know if she works for the company? I’m literally asking for the bare minimum they’re qualifications that they need in order to rent ! I asked her if I could speak to someone that would know? She just told me that she remembers one time someone applied and they didn’t get it because of their credit ? but she didn’t give me exactly why like did they have judgments or Evictions ? There’s a lot of reason why you can get denied from your credit And I was asking OK what credit score are you guys excepting 650? 600? And she could not for the life of her tell me exactly because she said she doesn’t know ?!? I asked her if I could speak to someone that can explain to me and that knows the qualifications of their own company ?! and she just didn’t even know what to say at all this was a horrible experience. ! I’m so glad I didn’t put an application in.! This company needs to close down. This is not legit. Very sketchy , very weird company. I would not recommend if they can’t even tell me the qualifications. Then imagine if you sign an application with them and go through with renting from them I feel like this is like fraud! I can only imagine never again. ! I will be renting somewhere else that’s more legit!

Since I knew they’d reply with some excuse on my review. They did not clearly state that a deposit is needed to hold a place at all or else I would’ve fully complied to it, right then and there.
Appfolio read denied due to failure of income proof but with the pay stubs and records of my income that I emailed after, we then got approved and were told the move in costs.
As I said, more communication is needed from their end because I was NEVER told about the deposit to hold or else I would’ve done it.

I spoke with Lawrence . He was very helpful on the phone. I got approved quick & easy .House was just as advertised ! Everything was clean and exactly how the video showed , when we went to the open house the agent was very helpful and answered all my questions.I recommend them if you guys are looking for a house to rent .

Just as we were so close to getting the home we wanted. As we spoke to Herlinda and I told her I’ll speak to my husband about the closing costs. Not even a week had passed, I emailed her on the 4th day letting her know we’re ready to sign and on the 5th day they already were signing the lease with someone else. Definitely need more communication, they could’ve easily called and let me know there’s another applicant that qualified and they need to know my answer. Not even a week, that’s what sucks. No communication at all. I communicated well throughout, got them all the documents they needed, it was clear I really wanted the place. I’ll just see this as a redirection, as I already went through all the sadness and anger and acceptance of it. Now I know, we do qualify, that’s the good part of it all.

I paid for two applications for a home and these people are so unprofessional they ghost me and everytime I email them for the status of a home that my family and I really liked they just keep wasting our time with "oh, I emailed my manager for homes"... there's homes on your website. We are running out of time trying to find a home and these people are playing around.

Tried to respond to your message down below wouldn't let me. I haven't received any response on May 1. We seen a home and applied and then got ghost. Be professional I know you are rude because your rude to one of your people that showed my husband and I a house. I pray that Christ humbles you and treat people that are looking for a home to raise their kids with some respect, just because you have a place to lay your head. Get back to people in a timely manner via phone or email and this wouldn't happen.

I contacted Home Expo to find a home. I visited a few of their properties and was amazed they actually hold regular open houses. Not many property management companies maintain a practice of public open houses so it's clear they have their act together. I didn't end up renting from them but their staff was professional, directions to their website are clearly watermarked on all images they share, and their application process is straight forward and to the point. I will revisit them again for sure!!
