Sterling PM is as good as it gets in Monterey Co. I had the pleasure of working with Jake and renting from Sterling from 2020-2022. This is the first property management that I’ve ever worked with, that has a fair application process (first come first serve). From move in to move out, Jake had everyone’s best interest. I hope to have the pleasure of renting a Sterling property again in the future.

I own multiple income properties and my family and I are so grateful to Sterling Properties. They have been able to find us good and reliable renters and very quickly. We are extremely appreciative for all you have done for us. We have a property in Carmel that has been a real hassle to get rented with good renters and when we signed up with Sterling it was rented out very quickly to a couple that has been there for years. Through the worst and the best, Sterling Management really has shone through. Most people dread when their property manager leaves a message on their phone. Fortunately, I have never had this anxiety because I KNOW that any issue will be dealt with promptly. Even when a big storm caused damage to my property Sterling was on the ball. The tenants at the time were dealing with rain coming in through the damaged portion of the window, Sterling had guys out there to provide a temporary patch-up until they could do the repairs when it was safer. Many, many thanks to these guys and the stress-free life they allow me to live.
