Okay, it's been another year. It's time for my update for the casita. Apartments .
Well, there hasn't been very many changes. We have the same wonderful manager. A couple people changed in the leasing office.Maintenance is still the same.
The property is starting to look very, very nice. The gardeners are doing a great job.
So, since i've been here for a while my apartment was kind of falling apart, I had a sink issue, I had a bathtub issue.I had a toilet issue.
But I don't have that anymore. The maintenance guy jose.
Take care of it all in one day.
I haven't seen any roaches or bugs like everybody keeps saying when they actually leave here
That's not true.
They painted the playground. I put a nice fence around so the kids could be safe.
Now, if you haven't read my reviews before, I have been here at the casita for 10 years.

And right now, it's the nicest cleanest I have ever seen it.
So if you're looking for someplace to lay your head, this would be a great place.It's quiet at night.
And everybody here seems to lookout for each other...
Oh I forgot they redid The laundry room.Looks so good .
I may have to give an update in 6 months.Because things are getting cleaned up and fixed so quickly.
Also, we have cameras now, so nothing can happen to our vehicles. Yay. Just a little bit more safe.

I lived there for 3 years and never had any big problems... BUT almost a year after I left (in 2023), I got mail saying I was in collections because of last months rent. I did some investigating and found out the assistant at the front desk never filed the money orders correctly. The manager (at that time) told me he couldn't do anything, even after I showed him proof of the money orders and the date they were printed. It's not my problem Casitas has incompetent workers. The moral of the story is be cautious when dealing with Casitas management and "team". Ps: I'm still trying to dispute this with my credit bureaus

Went in to look at apartments. We had an appointment but when we arrived a woman told us “she wasn’t doing tours that day. She had a move in.” Which would have been fine if we didn’t have an appointment that they even confirmed with us that day. Very unprofessional if that’s how you start a business relationship I would hate to actually live there. Also no clear parking for visitors we had no idea where to park.

This property will literally leave a pile of throw up on the side walk for 48+ hours and still not clean it up. I verbally spoke to an LC on the phone and put a work order in and still nothing. I work a property management so I understand things can get busy but this is just absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. It’s on the sidewalk where multiple residents daily use INSIDE the community. Not a public sidewalk. I’m sure if this throw up was in front of their office it would be immediately cleaned up. Amongst all the negatives here it is not worth moving here. You save maybe 100-200 for the lack of amenities. Look somewhere else to move.
This vomit is literally slowly going away because I assume animals are eating it and people are stepping on it. I’m sure it’ll be eaten by the time they even attempt to pick it up

Honestly, I haven't even moved in yet. But all the reviews about Ed are terribly wrong. He was absolutely so helpful, not just to us, but the whole community. He let me ask as many questions as I had, was very supportive and informative. I can't wait to move here. The apartments are very clean and cozy, but if you don't like small this may not be a good choice for you. But all the reviews about Ed were out of pure bitterness. This property and it's team is the best!!

I stayed here for a year, it was my first time leasing andy experience here was happy, safe, quiet and staff is attentive. Maintenance was always a call away and they'd resolve the issue quickly. The only reason I am moving from Casitas is because i was looking for a specific amenity. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ would recommend for first time renters.
