We had an appointment to view a property, showed up on time (early) even had a confirmation of our appointment and no one showed up. We called the office and lady was not very nice, we said no one was there to show the property she says it’s because we need a key. Then she says that property has already been rented.
Thank you so much for the communication
We wasted our drive time, wait time and gas for a no show from this company.
Terrible customer service. Next time send a proper cancellation as you would expect from us.

This place is a joke. They don’t listen to you I tried telling the lady that I did have rental history and she refused to believe it and then she refused to look at my paystub‘s proving that I make enough to live in the damn apartment this place is just a joke was full of rude workers, and I really think they need to rethink who they hire.

I started looking for a rental in March 2021 and I was having a real hard time getting any of the property management companies on the phone. When I called Action Properties not only did they answer the phone but they were polite and very helpful. I was able to schedule a viewing the next day. They were also very thorough and quick to respond to my questions. Their application process was very easy and was able to secure our new home by the first week of April 2021. I am so glad to be working with such a professional and friendly team.

This property management company continues to advertise properties for rent, even after they have been rented out! They will continue to allow renters to apply, collecting the per adult application fee, knowing that these people are wasting their money and the application is going nowhere. Completely unethical and against their fiduciary duty to their clients and potential clients.

I have never worked with a company as shady as this one. People ( employees) are rude and disrespectful, do your self a favor and stay away from this horrible company. They do not fix major issues, they lose paperwork ( to benefit themselves) and are liars. I am referring to the office in Placerville. Dirtbags

It’s like living in the good old days of 1800s.

The house was just falling apart and nobody cared. The vendors nor the people working at action properties were knowledgeable and needed multiple visits to fix minor issues, the property management were never on time nor did they reply to our emails on most occasions .

Many times we had to shell out our own expenses to get things fixed on time. Dishwasher broken till the day we left for almost 5 months. It’s like we lived in the early 1900s.

We've had the worst experience with this company. Couldn't get return calls and when we did get a call back they couldn't provide much info on their own properties. Tried to set up appointments for properties and they acted as if we were inconveniencing them and insisted that they only liked to show the property once and if you couldn't make it then basically you were out of luck. Not friendly at all. DO NOT USE them if are trying to find a place as soon as possible or work normal hours.

After having many property managers over the years, I must say Action Properties has been one of the best. They are very accommodating and responsive to service requests and other tenant needs. Janice and the rest of her team are also very kind, professional and easy to work with. I would love to rent a property from them again.
