Best place ever. Have lived here for a long time now. Current Manager really cleaned this place up. Previous person ran it like dump with homeless people sleeping everywhere. Current Manager enforces the rules, and I like it, makes me feel safe with my family. Other posts are funny... wish they could of seen before!

Safe and peaceful. BUT the management of the apartment is inconsiderate and strict with tourist family members of tenants staying for extended periods. My sister was threatened with eviction for letting me stay for a month in her apartment.

Look at the property they had one unit for rent on hot pads been contacting manager and don't even have a website to get an application to be able to rent one of the units in the property terrible at trying to communicate with tenants or future tenants really was looking forward to being a tenant there to give my family home unfortunately property doesn't give you any options to send me application
