Lance & Liz were very supportive of us as first time home buyers. They patiently walked us through the process, they guided us to ensure we made decisions that were in our best interest and they have excellent local knowledge (buying a house in the mountains definitely comes with its quirks).
Additionally, they were professional yet casual, which made us feel comfortable (i.e. not sales-y or pushy).
Even after we closed escrow, they stayed in touch and offered assistance and access to community resources.
If we ever decide to sell our home, Lance & Liz will be on speed dial.

Lance and Liz were a true pleasure to work with. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. We have bought and sold quite a few properties in the past, and we knew this one would be a little challenging because of the location. It would require a “hand fits the glove” buyer.

We interviewed 6 different agents, all were professional and all seemed
wonderful in their own way.
But Lance and Liz won our business because they are so completely
straightforward and so completely themselves. They delivered on every aspect of the process. They helped us bring our house to market in record time, Lance organized the inspections and was there every step of the way, there were open houses every week-end, a beautiful video and photographs highlighting every unique detail of our home. Liz has a wonderful and intuitive social media presence and in todays world that is so important.
Needless to say that when the Covid 19 pandemic shut down the whole world it created a new set of challenges. With grace, intelligence, humor and perseverance Lance and Liz successfully sold our home for us, bringing us to another phase of our lives with minimal stress and helping a new chapter begin for the wonderful family who purchased our home. All of this was achieved long distance as we had already moved.
I could go on and on, but will finish with this; if you are entering the process of buying a home or selling one, I cannot recommend Sol Property Advisors highly enough. There is a whole team of incredible people all geared towards one objective. Making the process as manageable and pleasant as possible.

Came all the way from San Diego to see an apartment (for daughter to go school at UCSC) that Stephanie listed. She not responding email or phone call after I checked out that apartment and filled application. She can’t make a decision for the rental apartment have to present to the owner of the apartment. Don’t know why she have us filled application and have us come all the way to Santa Cruz from San Diego to check out the apartment.? I AM NOT RECOMMENDED HER AS REALTOR. If I can make 0 star I will definitely get her a 0 stars.
