I've had a professional relationship with Pam Spehar for the past 20 years. During this time she has been known to be a dedicated advocate for her clients whether they were Buying or Selling a home, land, or an investment property. She is resourceful, has a " can do" attitude plus shows the utmost integrity towards her clients and others she interacts with in any transaction.

With respect to the review posted by a previous tenant in a property that Pam sold, the client's original intention was to keep the property as a tenant occupied property, but shortly before escrow closed, the new Buyer decided to have a different type of ownership. While it is understandable that the tenant would be upset, Pam did try to assist the tenant with securing another rental.

We have a very tight rental market and the demand far exceeds the supply. The new owner was aware of this situation and allowed this tenant, to move out early and move in with one of the other tenants at no cost, so she could save up funds to find a new rental.
