I wouldn’t rent from this unprofessional management company. The property manager was 15 minutes late to the showing she scheduled and proceeded to not introduce herself. After asking for an application she derogatorily told us we don’t take co signers just because we look younger. This was all after explaining that they haven’t taken the belongings of an elderly man who passed away on the stairwell near the unit out of the unit before showing it.

I recieved a call back on a rental I was interested in, only to be hung up on after the agent asked me if my credit score was 650 or higher, which is isn’t ,but she could have at least been polite and professional ,she was neither. I have section 8 housing which she had told me they would work , after asking if I make 3x the rental amount which add up to 7k; I said no , but on a good month I make 6k, well technically she should only be asking if I make 3x my portion off the rent payment. Which would have added up to 1800…. Lady I make 6x my portion of the rent in that case ,if you follow hud guidelines technically. You could hear the dislike in her voice before she rudely and abruptly ended our conversation. This office I feel unfairly screens people for there rental and is highly discriminatory.

Over one year ago I applied to rent an apartment. The property manager she showed me an apartment that had: urine stains,dirt, discolored spots. I asked her if I could put in some flooring and baseboard. I asked if she could reimburse me for this but instead she charged me for the rental time it took for of me putting in the floors.
Then for over THREE weeks I could not go in the backyard! I had to put up with had many strange men coming in and out of my backyard. This was due to a balcony that was about to fall being remodeled. She charge me for those three weeks as well. Get this ...when I gave my notice and my lease was up. I emailed the manager that I had originally worked out the contract with. I am eagerly awaiting her response but received none. A few weeks later I had to follow up with the main management Bailey property in Aptos. They basically blamed me for HER lack of response. They said that I would have to pay an additional months rent because she had left and I didn’t call their office. I was never notified of her leaving which was there Responsibility! I have worked with contracts many times ...these people act like they’re so great but really they’re just scam!!

The folks we have dealt with have been very friendly, and flexible during the 2020 madness. The property we stay at could use some minor repairs & hopefully by next year a couple beds replaced a suggestion we made in 2019. Other than that everything has been great with our communications with Bailey. Thank you.

When a latino calls, they redirect the call to voicemail. When you leave the message they never call back, we tried the same move but this time with a white friend and he got a showing in no time.
Thats an obvious move telling the latino comunity we are not worth their time and we are not welcome on their properties.

Their website doesn’t work. People have explained that they aren’t able to rent their vacation rental and they refuse to fix their website. Use another property management company
