My girlfriend and I live at the Rowlock apartments in Fremont and our property manager, Josh, has been more than accommodating ever since we moved in! Every request, question or issue gets taken care of so efficiently! Such a breath of fresh air to have a such a responsive and helpful team running our building. I also find the building is always clean and smelling good!! The mail and trash areas are always kept organized and I love the constant updates either posted in the lobby or promptly emailed to us about any changes or developments in maintenance. Definitely a very well-oiled machine here, I feel lucky to have worked with Josh, he is very hardworking and obviously cares about his tenants!

I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Alex upon moving in. Moving from out of state can be so complicated and stressful so my girlfriend and I were so relieved to have Alex get us promptly settled in after our long road-trip to Seattle. He was eager and willing to help with whatever he could!

I absolutely love living at REV in Fremont! The community is wonderful, and the management team, especially Micah Reynolds, goes above and beyond to ensure we have the best living experience possible. Micah is always communicative, kind, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs. Anytime I have a question or concern, he is quick to respond and always follows up to make sure everything is taken care of.

The maintenance team is also fantastic—whenever I submit a request, they respond incredibly fast and get the job done efficiently. It’s reassuring to know that any issue will be resolved quickly and professionally.

Living here has been an amazing experience, and I truly appreciate the effort the entire team puts in to make this place feel like home. I highly recommend Bonavista Property Management to anyone looking for a well-maintained and welcoming community!

I have been living in the Lilliehammer Apartment building for 4 months now, the apartment building comes with utilities you need, the building feels very secured and the staff is very friendly. The area is safe and very walkable with great restaurants and bars nearby. It's its been real treat living here.

I've lived in a Bonavista property for almost three years. In general, my experience has been pretty positive. Repairs are completed quickly and professionally and the building is kept up to a high standard. Our apartment manager, Karen, goes above and beyond for the residents of Vibe apartments. She has fostered a real sense of community among the residents which makes the building feel welcoming and secure. She is extremely receptive to dealing with any issues that may arise. More importantly, she is proactive in preventing problems! She is easily the best apartment manager I've had as a lifetime renter.

I moved to Seattle a couple of months ago from Belgium and had been searching for apartments. The process was exhausting—until I found ROWLOCK in Fremont. From my very first apartment tour to today, Josh Caile has been an exceptional manager! As an international newcomer to Seattle, navigating these procedures can be overwhelming, but Josh guided me through everything I needed, making my move-in process incredibly smooth. He is highly communicative, always reachable, and quick to provide efficient solutions to any building issues. More than that, he genuinely cares about everyone at ROWLOCK, ensuring we all have a great living experience. His positive attitude also fosters a welcoming and friendly atmosphere among neighbors. Everyone here is incredibly kind, creating a true sense of community. Having lived in seven different countries, this is the first time I’ve felt so much at home—and that’s largely thanks to Josh’s dedication and the wonderful people in this building!

Living at Odessa has been amazing. I enjoy the kind staff of Bonavista Management, always responding in a timely manner and willing to help. Odessa's property manager, Simone has been very helpful with the move-in process and ensuring all documentation and payments are set-up. I haven't had to make any repair requests, but ran into Terry one day, another manager of the property, and was very kind and introduced himself. Overall the management is great and always clearly addresses issues or makes announcements to make our lives easier as residents. Finally, the building maintains a clean manner which I appreciate! It makes coming home even more exciting when it is clean and easy on the eyes!

I moved from Atlanta to Seattle and was able to sign the lease. The moment that I pulled up from that 3 Day Drive. Mr. Woo helped me through the entire process and even waited for me to arrive five hours later than I said I would be because of the travel. I wasn’t too excited about the size of the apartment at First because I’m used to bigger in Atlanta, but it makes up for it with the price compared to other properties in the area. I like that new I like that it’s bug free and I like that. It’s very quiet. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I moved in the day Bonavista and Micah Reynolds started managing the REV Fremont building. Micah has always been friendly when I see him on the property and quick to respond to emails. I made a non-urgent plumbing request, and it was handled promptly and cleanly—I wouldn’t have known the maintenance team had been there except that the issue was fixed. The building is also impressively quiet; I rarely hear my neighbors, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s a well-managed and comfortable place to live.
