If you're looking for a property management company that truly knows what they're doing, you'll be in great hands with Reef Real Estate Services. Coming from a property management background, I can see that Reef has a holistic understanding of the art and are able to get to the root of the issues better than most I've worked with. They also keep very accurate books, which is a must. You may be able to find a lower cost manager strictly on fee, but they will end up costing you more in errors, headaches and unnecessary expenses.

Wow, what a group! When I watch how professionally run

this is a terrible management company...in the light of a pandemic they would not work with their tenants--- they do not respond to repairs--this is a slum lord type of management
