Axio apartment buildings/staff (JoAnn) exceeded my expectations
Therefore, I can only assume any negative reviews came from possible past eviction recipients/ or petty backlash OK Apartments are cute they look cozy. It’s quiet and clean. All interactions over the phone website and in person got 10 ✅out of 10 ✅kind informative and I had a little trouble finding the office I am and was promptly given is this an accurate instructions.

I just wanted to let it be known that The Envi Suites are nice and reasonably priced and the staff is fair. The one employee ( Margaret S.) I thought was the manager is not and it was very surprising to me because she goes above and beyond her current job title. She has great customer service skills and seems to be doing the manager's Job and more, while the manager is very unprofessional, disrespectful, discriminative and lacks any customer service skills period. Honestly Margaret needs a raise and should be the Manager she's doing it already with less pay.. just saying this is my honest opinion. Thanks and stay blessed

RUN FAR FROM THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY. They are crooks and will put you in a terrible environment. Save yourself the stress and the headache because they hire criminals. Every apartment they manage is seedy. The upkeep of every apartment is disgusting. I was stuck with this company for 7 years before I managed to get out and all the stress and headache and los of money isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t wish dealing with these people on my worst enemy and I strongly advise that you keep looking and don’t waste your time!!!!!! Run from these crooks while you’re ahead!!!

Would give a zero if possible do yourself a favor and find ANYWHERE Else to live unless you enjoy your rights being violated, the law being broken and living in a cesspool of garbage and pests with management that refuses to do anything and isn't even on site and constantly changes over without notifying tenants. Currently I'm dealing with discrimination, harassment and retaliation. Not to mention destruction of property to my car and injuries to myself due to safety hazards on the property. DO NOT LIVE HERE would add photos and videos if it let me

I just moved in about 2 days ago with my daughter if I remember correctly the front office lady Margret made me feel super comfortable too stay here and her work ethic was amazing I definitely recommend coming here !! Super nice people and security! Thank you guys

I've had a very hard life there but when Amy Olson the job was to much to imagine for her she became cruel and evil lieing and causing the worse life ive ever known she is two faced and very capable of hurting people for hrr own gain. She excepted drugs and dealers knowing they were doing it because she got paid to do it.she even hired a security guard that sold out of her office but let him go when it was brought to the attention of the police. By people she has intentionally destroyed there lives Also trapped my Two Storage units and stole everything I owned she and Jessie in the separate business of storage I. Paid my storage every month until the two managers of the two different separate businesses decided to refuse my payments so they come take everything I owned .
Be very careful renting there it's not at all ran correctly the place is very cruel and Corrupt.

I have been at Arbor Stone for 8years and I have had a tremendous experience with staff and maintenance I recommend staying there for anyone that needs some peace and quiet with a friendly atmosphere Sincerely satisfied tenant.
