On February 3, 2025 I met with Carlos to rent a trailer so I can load my truck that was stranded 3 hours away from home. Carlos was available pretty much at all times when I called him to set up a pick up date. I had to reschedule with him because of work and even then Carlos was super understanding. I have never towed anything in my life so going into towing my truck with another truck was a bit stressful. But in all honesty Carlos put me at ease and explained to me how to work the trailer and how to load. He taught me how to attach a trailer to the truck. He gave me tips on how to drive with a trailer and how to adjust some setting on my truck for braking. Carlos even went as far as texting me and checking up on me once I got to my destination. After sending him some pictures with my truck loaded he gave me the Ok to travel back home. I successfully brought my truck home without one single issue. If you’re looking to rent a trailer please give Carlos a call because he demonstrated superb customer service and was extremely helpful. Carlos adjusted to my schedule and even met me at 5 am to give me the trailer. I have nothing bad to say about my experience and hope everyone finds reading this review helpful. The pricing is reasonable too! I would highly recommend Carlos and his services.
