Really great to work with. I had been looking at different properties with David. On this particular one. I called him bright and early. He scheduled us to look at property the same day. After touring the home, we submitted an offer on the same day and the next day the owners had excepted our offer. They helped us close the property in 2 weeks. The whole process was great.

They showed us numerous properties that fit the description of what we were looking for and even some gems that we had not initially considered. We were looking for a turn-key home in a newer community and we saw plenty of those but they also helped us see the potential in some homes that needed a little love, explaining the pros and cons of both. That was really instrumental in helping us make a decision on our forever home. We ended up taking their advice, purchased an older home that came with additional amenities we had not even considered (swimming pool) and fine tuned it to our style.
