We recently completed a transaction with Ryan Fontana from Flat Rate Realty. As a former realtor myself I have worked in full service and discount realty. I see no difference between these business models and this confirmed it for me many years later that that the only difference between the two is the amount of money you pay in commission. Liken it to a Charles Schwab for real estate. All of the bad rap given to discount real estate just isn’t true. You still get full service at a discounted price. With any sale it is important to price the property correctly from the start. Asking too much puts you in a vulnerable position especially if the property sits on the market for a long period of time. Proper pricing should result in multiple offers. The market will dictate the price! I would not hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone. He is bright, motivated and can complete the sale with the highest net proceeds.
